I felt that it turned out quite well. As these things go, it was better the second day than the first, when the broth was still a bit not-quite-come-together. First day I added some Worchestershire sauce and sour cream to my bowl, second day it was perfectly fine without.
I like those very, hm, "traditional" cuts of meat, with bones, gristle, fat and all. Give them heat and time and all the rest will happen on its own :-) .
