lyornGoodness, I'm tired. I have slept enough, but I feel as if someone has set the gravity dial to "high", and I can't follow a thought through even the slightest interrupt.
Capoeira class yesterday was completely exhausting again, especially as after missing two classes again (one for being on vacation, one for having to work longer) I'm out of practise. Which would explain the gravity dial, but, hey, brain? you have no such excuse. Get in gear.
