Not off for a musical weekend

lyornI should be at JazzVocalSüd right now, instead I'm home with a cold and a fever.
The cold is not as bad as it could be, the fever is actually a good sign, because my immune system is doing something, and I'm groggy and tired enough to make "lying on the sofa and drinking tea" sound like more fun than "make amazing music, meet amazing people", but still: Grrr.
But good things are happening: My ISP has replied to my query and I might get regular internet access (and a land line) back on the 24th! (this month!!)
