Tattoos: No. Meant to, but never actually got from intent to action.
Surgeries: Only very minor -- walked in, things happend, walked out.
Broken bones: Probably not.
Shot a gun: Yes.
Quit a job: No.
Flown on a plane: Yes, last summer. I dislike flying, so I try to avoid it, but I found 120 hours of travelling time for a 9 day vacation (including sleeping in the ferry building one night both ways) too much.
100+miles in car: Yes, far too often.
Gone zip lining: Yes, but not specifically. Only as part of a climbing garden route.
Watched someone give birth: No.
Watched someone dying: No.
Ridden in an ambulance: No.
Been to Canada: No

Rode a motorcycle: Yes
Rode a horse: Yes. Motorcylces are much safer and easier to handle.
Stayed in a hospital: Yes, three times. No fun at all. Each time I got out I was too tired to walk straight because I cannot sleep in these places!
Driven a stick shift: Yes.
Ride in Police Car: No
Driven a Boat: No, only sailed, rowed, paddled, or hauled.
Eaten Escargot: No.
Seen a UFO: No.
Been on a Cruise: Last year the Hurtigruten trip, Kirkenes to Bergen. Most relaxing vacation ever.
Run out of Gas: Yes, when I was 16 and didn't realise the gas gauge on my scooter was stuck at "full".
Eat Sushi: Yes, often. One of my favourite foods.
Seen a Ghost: No. I have had hallucinations that looked like ghosts when I had migraine attackes. That would have been quite fun if had been less painful .
