A good day

lyornYes, there are those. Today was good in a way I hardly noticed, but it was.
I got up in the grey morning,got fresh breadrolls, and had breakfast while the sun was coming out. At noon, a guy came to pick up the old winter tyres I needed to get rid off, he was nice, on-time, and had an adorable 4yo girl with him who very earnestly tried to help with the winter tyres, although each of those weighed more than she.
In the afternoon, we had ensemble practise, which went not too bad, and good food. Although there is far too much left to do and only 6 weeks left to do it, it was fun and I was happy with my voice.
The sun had set when Ceridwen and I were driving back and the sky was an amazing yellow in the West. We decided to make a detour to a nearby lake and take a walk. We walked about one hour, into the full dark. Ceridwen got Pokemon with a power she did not have in her collection yet.
Later in the evening, after I came home, Gwydion showed up to give me my very belated birthday present. And now I'm reading fanfic.
The cats are peaceful, the washing is done, I have next week off. Life is good.
