A good thing, cat-wise
Apr. 15th, 2021 10:44 amTully the Tabby had suspicious knobs on two of his dugs (yes, he's a neutered male, but still), which the vet cut out before Easter. Tabby looked as if he had sewed-close button holes in his tummy. I have been waiting for the results of the pathology for two weeks (because, Easter holidays...) and got them today:
No tumors, nothing malignant. Either kind of solidified swelling, or maybe cysts, and completely taken out by the vet. Verly likely that they are gone for good.
Tully the Tabby has been a very good kitty. He did not gnaw the stitches or lick himself overmuch. I did not have to put him in a recovery suit, much less in a collar. (I've been dreading that, because it would have frightened Serious Cat Jerome, and that cat gets agressive when frightened.)
Now, either I have to take out the stitches, or take him to the vet again. Preferrably this week. Hm.
Happy end (for now).
