At current rates of interest, there is really no use in saving daylight, and the energy cost of simulating wakefulness on freezing mornings is just too high to be spent on some bureaucrat's lark.

So this year, I will keep my personal schedule in sync with the sun, and arrange for everything else to be at the same sun-time as before. Yeah for flex time!
