I worry about Tully the Tabby

He is breathing hard, and coughing despite his meds, and his heart rate is high. Monday, he has an appointment at the veterinarian clinic, for something on his lower lip or jaw that's growing and cannot be OK. Best case it's harmless and can be removed without damaging anything else.
At least he's eating.
I try to be optimistic, but I'm not succeeding too well.
