Something quick for this evening:
Found one ripe beef tomato of about 200 grams on the plant on the balcony. Diced it into a small oven dish, put a little butter on it, salt, pepper, a hint of sugar and a few sliced leaves of sage.
Took a piece of fish from the fridge, put it on top, dribbled a bit of lemon juice on it and some sea salt. Made a paste from one tablespoon each of creme fraiche, mustard, lemon juice and breadcrumbs. Put it on the fish.
Baked at 200°C for about 15 minutes and ate it with new potatos.
